Staff is friendly and patient, location is pleasant, private and easy to find. Doctor took forever to arrive but once he did, he was straightforward and worked efficiently without pain. Waiting area is COLD so bring warm clothing and socks. Also bring your own snacks (maybe fruit or some grilled veggies), all they had was pretzels in a bag.

Very kind staff and the doctor was professional and pleasant. Having such friendly and understanding workers there to help with a not so easy decision made the overall experience that much easier to deal with.

I had a follow up appointment on 5/29/24 because I was very concerned with what was going on with me. The doctor (Alexander Curtis) didn’t even come in the room to see me and talk to me about my concerns and I’m pretty sure I saw him just on the computer when I got taken back and when I left. If you’re gonna blow up my phone for me to leave work early to come to my appointment early the least you can do is show your face. He had his MA relay the information back and forth, which was the same information the front desk gave me when I called. I work in a doctor’s office and we don’t even treat our patients this way. Whether he was my original doctor or not this was not acceptable on any level and should not be in this particular field of medicine.

Unless you want to wait over an hour to get your birth control implant removed, don’t come here. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if they can’t see you within the following hour?

Joanna at the front desk was super friendly, luckily they had an appointment available for three days later! While speaking to her on the phone she answered all questions and made sure I knew all the details. Walking into the clinic I went through different rooms for different procedures ( blood work, counseling, surgery room etc. My appointment was from 9:30am-1:00pm which was great. Everyone there is super helpful and caring, the building itself is good and sanitary, super simple for what many of us come for! Aside from just “Ab” stuff they offer other services too. I never felt uncomfortable or judged which was a plus! Highly recommend this clinic and would come back if I needed, which hopefully I dont lol.

They were all very kind and gentle with me. I have a hard time with needles and other things but they were very comforting the whole experience. I would recommend to anyone. ❤️

Cannot say enough positive things about this facility. I was very afraid coming here and it was in the midst of making a very hard life decision. I was put at ease quickly. The environment was pleasant. The staff was incredible. I never felt rushed and was always given as much time as I needed. It was a LONG day and I’ve seen complaints about that in reviews.My appointment was at 9 AM and I didn’t leave til 5 PM. However understand it takes time as EVERY patient is given all the time they need between steps to grieve, reflect, and have private moments. That is crucial and needed. All of nurses were amazing. I’m so sad I don’t remember names but my vitals nurse was a gem. Incredibly sweet. My sonogram nurse and hand holder was amazing. The primary nurse who helped me in and out of my procedure was incredible. Dr. Curtis was gentle, kind, personable, and skilled. He even took down his mask and just talked with me face to face before my procedure. Together these folks made the hardest day of my life feel okay. My entire time here I felt safe, cared for, respected, and loved. It is very clear this is not just a job for these folks. They are passionate and nurturing with their patients and all have a permanent special place in my heart. I want to emphasize that I am a black woman - the staff was very diverse and that made me feel safe. There were black women on staff and that really upped the comfort for me. 10/10 - this place was AMAZING. A million thank yous.

The office was clean the workers there was very helpful and answered everything I needed to know.Super nice and I would recommend this office .

This place is just amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Ema and Bianca (I think that’s her name) are two of the nicest people I’ve ever met in the medical field. These two genuinely care about your well being and make you feel super comfortable. Hopefully I don’t ever have to come here again lol but if I’m ever in a situation where I need to I WILL BE BACK. I never thought I will be saying I LOVE THIS PLACE. EVERY SINGLE PERSON was so nice. EVERYONE. So welcoming, I was so nerves and scared but they made me feel so at ease. I didn’t feel rushed, pressured or judge. There was no bad vibes. From the people at the front desk, to the beautiful consular, the nurses,the doctor everyone. Stop looking and just go here. I thank y’all so much for making one of the hardest decision of my life so much easier for me.

I was a bit nervous to come here because of some of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised though. My appointment lasted less than 2 hours and everyone in the staff was super kind. I had an issue afterwards with a prescription and the after hours nurse called around for me and had a sense of urgency for me that really made me feel cared for. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

I’m happy about making the decision to go here. With the exception of the wait time (you’ll be there all day) the customer service was phenomenal from all staff. They made me feel comfortable about making a difficult decision, I love that they use a person centered approach because it is literally all about you they are just there for comfort. 10/10 highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC IF YOU CARE ABOUT PRIVACY. I cant warn you enough. They quoted me a price after they ran everything through my insurance and said it would be a certain copay. I paid. All of the sudden I get a bill for $450 in the mail and also a phone call. I was MORTIFIED. If that bill had fallen into the wrong hands I could have been in serious trouble. Luckily I intercepted. I called to have my address changed so any subsequent bills would not be delivered to my home. I also signed up for electronic billing. I am still getting paper copies sent to my home AND they stopped sending electronic ones too. I told them they had quoted me $30 and was told they hadnt actually run my insurance when I was quoted $30. I did tell them I couldnt afford the $450 and was told it was ok, to pay what I could when I could. So I did. But I guess that wasnt enough. Once again, a paper bill was sent to my home which I did not intercept this time. I am now fearful for my safety. I dont understand why this clinic thinks this is okay. I came to them because I was already afraid and they have done nothing but put my life in danger. I regret coming to them which is a shame because they provide a very necessary service and at the time the staff was phenomenal. However, with their total disregard to my safety I cant recommend anyone go there, especially if you are trying to get services discreetly. It bothers me that I have told them repeatedly that my situation needs to be handled carefully and they just dont care.

Had an appointment at 9AM. Was brought back, asked to fill out information and provide ID and insurance information. After waiting about an hour, I was called back just to be informed they did not have the necessary supplies for my appointment and was asked to reschedule. Why make me wait an hour for nothing? They could have communicated upfront that the supplies were not available, but wasting my time- I don’t appreciate.

I came to this clinic to establish patient care for the first time and it went by smoothly. I loved my first time experience it felt very welcoming and everyone was friendly. Receptionist are nice and take the time to call ahead for insurance information which I appreciated greatly. Medical assistants are very sweet and reassuring. I enjoyed meeting my provider, I came in for some quick testing so the consultation with the provider was pretty quick but I did not feel rushed to get in/out & I was able to ask all the questions I had. It was a great process truly recommend coming to this location.

Making this decision was one of the hardest decisions of my life but coming to this clinic was seamless. The staff was very nice and easy to work with through this difficult time. I rescheduled the procedure several times since I was having a difficult time making the decision but they were very understanding and helped me understand the options and rescheduled it to fit my schedule.They had told me it would take about 5-6 hours for the procedure and waiting time. I tried to do all of the paper work, submit my insurance and get there early so that I could lessen my waiting time. I showed up around 8:30 and left right before noon so it wasn’t as bad as other reviews. (There weren’t any protestors when I was there)I went with the MVA procedure with IV sedation and I can’t recommend that option enough. I’ve had a C-section and had some trauma with that, so I was really nervous going into this appointment. But the sedation was everything I could’ve hoped for, I didn’t feel any pain, just a slight discomfort and barely had any cramping after. (I was around 8 weeks for reference). Im writing this one day later and I still have no cramping and barely any bleeding, the MVA was the right procedure for me.I know this decision isn’t easy for anyone but if you’re looking for a place to go, rest assured this clinic is a great option.

The whole staff saved my life I traveled all the way from NC they was so kind and passionate and very supportive and I cried leaving of joy I never met nice people in my life

I was a complete new patient and from the time I walked in the door to the front desk from the time I left everyone I saw there was the most professional and caring. It was refreshing to be treated with such respect and care. I will absolutely refer everyone to go see them! Great job staff and Doctors! Dr swallow was absolutely amazing! So kind and caring. February 18th, 2022 was my first time at this clinic and it was such an amazing experience. The staff is very welcoming and nice. The lobby is very peaceful and calming. The staff always made sure I was okay and knew what was going on during my visit. They even provided me with water and light snacks throughout the whole visit. It was just an amazing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this clinic to any and everybody.

This is my second time here and I’m extremely grateful to find this place. From the front staff to the assistant, manager, doctors. I’ve NEVER!!! Felt so comfortable in a clinic. All I can say this office has an amazing amazing team! I’m so thankful for everything they helped me with from emotionally to finically! I WANTED TO STAY. I felt like I was in a spa. JUST AMAZING!!! Thank you ladies so much!!!

Once you got an appointment this place is great. I had been going to this location for a few years and found a great doctor however, now every time I call the receptionist never seems to understand what I am asking for. I had asked for an appointment with my doctor and the receptionist said they did not have a patient there by that name. I explained twice that Im not looking for a patient, Im looking for a specific doctor. The receptionist then said let me go check if that doctor is still here. The receptionist got back on the phone and said there was no doctor there by that name today. I asked today, or ever. The receptionist then said uhhh ever. So at this juncture I do not know where my doctor went and I have had to find a new place to go. I hope they are able to get that front desk staffed appropriately, but aside from that HUGE GLARING ISSUE and once I actually was able to get appointments this place was great.

Just like others that reviewed I highly highly highly recommend this clinic 100%. I really want to warn that there will be protesters as you pull into the parking lot and that made me very emotional before i went in, but as soon as you walk through the door the atmosphere is so calm and positive. Everyone there is absolutely amazing, kind, compassionate, and loving. I can’t say enough good things about the nurses and how they made sure I was okay through the whole process. My boyfriend and I absolutely adored the lady that helped us with the money aspect (I’m so sorry I don’t know her name), she really lightened our nerves with her light humor and nurturing nature. Even the other patients that I waited with made me feel good and it felt like everyone was there for each other if that makes sense. Also this is the first review i’ve given to a place, that’s how you know they are the real deal and even my boyfriend was planning on leaving a review because of how impressed he was with how they cared for me. Bottom line is that if you want to be loved and cared for from start to finish this is the clinic to go to. I can’t thank them enough for their help.

Location and establishment was nice.Two things that annoyed me was the amount of time I waited in a cold waiting room and the care person was on the phone the whole time during my recovery. Emma was great, unfortunately she was not my care person.

This Place is simply Amazing!!! From the very clean facilities to the most warm and loving staff. I was a bit nervous upon arrival but just entering and feeling the warm and positive energy really calmed me down!Dr. Swallow is the Best!!! She held my hand during my procedure, gave me all the info I needed and never made me feel ashamed for the decision I made. No one did! The entire Female Team was amazing! I highly recommend this place and most definitely Dr. Swallow ❤️

I had such a warm welcoming experience. All the doctors were professional and helpful but also more than doctors, they were really there to be there for you mentally, they truly do care about you! Even the post care service is amazing. They called me I didn’t have to reach out to them!

I came in for my first IUD insertion yesterday. There was some miscommunication with front desk regarding the reason for my appointment but Nurse Practitioner SOFIA LEVY was very apologetic about the issue and resolved it right away. She was EXCELLENT and far exceeded my expectations! In fact, my experience with her was the best Ive ever had with any medical professional! She was super friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and answered all my questions. I will definitely stick to her for all my future gynecologist needs. My advice for anyone going to this clinic is to request Sofia as your NP and also to double check that the front desk knows the reason for your visit BEFORE your appointment date. Ask for all the forms you need to fill out BEFORE being called into the nurse room. They didnt hand me any forms at all when I checked in and thought I was there for my annual wellness visit but I was there for IUD insertion only. Overall, great experience thanks to Sofia! :-)

My experience with this clinic was great! From the initial phone call to the follow up call, no complaints. They made me feel comfortable and they showed they truly do care. Highly recommend this place!

The previous doctor I saw left the practice however I saw Dr. Ye she was professional, explained everything in detail, listened to my concerns. The front end staff are excellent, friendly. The only issue that needs to be approved upon is the appointment I waited around 45 minutes after my appointment time if I schedule an appointment that is the time I expect to be be seen.

Pleasant experience. The whole staff was very friendly and comforting! Even checked on the waiting room when there was a wait and made sure the patients didn’t need anything. Would def recommend to others.

My experience here was nothing but great. I first went in scared and crying because of the termination and once you get to the front desk the experience and the energy from the whole place was amazing. They comfort you, they console you, and they let you know how whichever decision you make it the best for you. They’re also a very diverse group of women and it made me feel safer as a black female knowing that their were other black females there as well and it made me feel better. My procedure went great, they gave me awesome choices for birth control that they actually can give you on site. From start to finish i felt nothing but love and i’m so glad that I chose this establishment over any other one.

I followed my primary care doctor to this clinic when she started working here. While the staff individually has been very helpful, the admin and billing process and communication has been a nightmare. I had to have numerous conversations with their billing department to get my claim right, finally gave up...then crickets, no bill. Luckily my doctor left and moved on. I finally received a bill from an office visit almost a year and a half ago...thank god I already reached my deductible for this year before they billed me. I only received the notification by email, then called the billing person once to check the legitimacy, and never received a call back. Finally went online just to pay it and be done. But guess what! You cant pay a bill that is under $5. The billing person doesnt respond to yet another message. The front desk cant take payments. I mean healthcare as an industry is bad at this stuff, but this experience is definitely the worst. I appreciate the work this company does for women especially in these times, but do not use them for ob/gyn and primary care unless you are desperate or you absolutely love your doctor enough to deal with these unnecessary headaches.

I’m rating my overall experience with them 3 stars. 5 for my termination and 1 for my second experience trying to schedule a wellness exam.My procedure went great, the staff were friendly and scheduling it was easy. Financial assistance was also pretty easy to figure out. Dr. Swallow was comforting and I appreciated her honesty. You can tell she genuinely cares. At the time of the dating ultrasound I found my fibroid had grown quite large. So I was told to wait some time for the fibroid to go down post surgery and come back to exam it.I called a few months later to schedule an exam and I also explained my previous experience there. Well I guess the receptionist heard “termination” and stopped listening. I waited three weeks for my appointment, came in, (on what was clearly a surgery day), and was told they couldn’t take me and I’d have to wait another 10 days. There was no explanation and no apology! Safe to say I found another OBGYN. My current OBGYN also told me that fibroids don’t typically shrink post surgery and there was no reason I should not have been put on the pill for fear of worsening the fibroid, so I went without for no reason.

My appointment was at 8:45 am and i didn’t get out of there until around 11:30Majority of the staff were standing around talking and laughing and ordering insane amount of food the entire time i was there.Also when it came to finally getting my medication, they told me that the doctor who gives it out wasn’t there yet and i hade to wait and extra 45 minutes before their arrival.Why would you schedule someone an appointment knowing the doctor isn’t there?It was a terrible experience and i would recommend never going there.

While my insurance didnt end up covering this doctor visit, i cannot praise these doctors and nurses enough. They knew i had been having a tough time trying to find someone and they took the time to sit with me in their office and call almost a dozen doctors until they could find one who accepted my insurance and had the ability to care for my specific needs right away. I wish i could remember the specific names of the women who helped me, but i have never wished more that an office could accept my insurance for the amazing way they helped me. Id give these women ten stars if I could.

If you are looking for care with compassion, concern and confidence, this is the place for you. Dr. Swallow is caring and a great listener. She provided me with birth control recommendations the were based on how I described my past experiences. The young ladies answering the phone are extremely knowledgeable and patient. Every pieces of information they provided me about my care was accurate. Everyone who you encounter at this office will make you feel warm and welcomed.

This place was the LIGHT throughout a horrendous pregnancy experience. Dr. Swallow and her team were exceptional. The ambiance was very relaxing, and the termination procedure went smoothly. Everyone was empathetic to our plight. I’m grateful for this center and will forever cherish the care they provided us.

Everyone there was extremely helpful. The Nurse Practitioner I saw (I believe her name was Sophia) was really incredible. She answered all my questions very well, and helped me feel comfortable making choices. By far the best womans care facility I have gone to.

Ive been going here for OB/GYN care and Primary care for 10 years and love it. When I moved away from DC for 2 years I even drove 3 hours back to see them. The staff is fantastic. Kind, patient and the practitioners are knowledgeable and supportive. Ive never had a negative experience with the level of care I received here.Sure, the decor is run down, but if youre going to a doctor because of their design choices, then you need to sort out your priorities.

We arrived here at 0830. For a procedure that was only supposed to take 20-30min were now sitting on close to 6hrs. WHY!?!? With a 4.5 rating I would figure that they would have their ($#!+) together. I feel like each step of this process has taken an hour and that is very unsat. My wife calls me around 1315 and says I feel like theyve forgotten about me and have gone to lunch. Im cold, hungry, agitated, and the medicine has probably worn off.There is truly no amount of an apology that could justify what she is experiencing at this moment. Under staffing couldnt possibly lead to 6 plus hours.. If we could give you guys a 0 we would...RIDICULOUS!!!!

Called in to schedule an appointment, just for Beatrice and Danielle to be extremely rude on the phone. Beatrice did not know what she was talking about and had to keep asking Danielle all the questions I had asked her and then just passed the phone over to Danielle without saying anything. Danielle came on the line and didn’t even introduce herself. I was given the pricing that I did not ask for and told them I had insurance. Danielle curtly informed me that they are closing so she is not going to check my insurance right now (I didn’t ask her to). The only purpose of my call was to schedule an point to see a doctor or schedule a consultation with a doctor and Danielle informed me again that they were closing soon. Danielle was clearly too busy closing up to take the call so I ended up hanging up out of frustration for the lack of help and service.Both of them were unprofessional and unhelpful. Why even pick up the phone if you don’t want to deal with anyone? Just let it ring and go about your closing procedures if you are trying to rush home so badly. Advice for both of them: don’t go into the medical field if you don’t feel like helping people.

VERY WORST EXPERIENCE - We had very pathetic experience with this center during the visit on March 2020.1. Billing staff is so arrogant, adamant and shows attitude.2. She told to pay the full amount before the Dr. check-in though i explained her that we have 100% insurance coverage. She didnt listen and so adamant to check with my insurance.3. Then i called my insurance immediately and they confirmed that we have 100% coverage and they were ready to talk the billing staff but she denied.4. And then i called the center manager and even the manager had pre-mindset with an assumption that the insurance doesnt cover. They simply assumed and consistently repeating the same without even checking with insurance.6. Finally i had to explain them in common man language by asking them to send the bills to the insurance first. If the insurance doesnt pay then i agreed to pay. And then the manager agreed and completed the visit.I WOULD RECOMMEND TO GO TO OTHER CENTER EVEN IF ITS FAR.

WWH&FC are truly amazing at what they do. The staff did an amazing job at making me feel safe, comfortable, and extremely cared for. These ladies are a really warm and down to Earth team. If I could give an extra star I would! Big thank you again to Donyelle, Dominique, Simren, Sharon, Lina, and Dr. Swallow.Also, ask for a sample of the different variety of hot teas that are available.

Definitely not what i expected, in the best way.Waiting room is cute and clean, staff is knowledgeable and caring. They got me in and out quickly but they never rushed me. They told me my options, always asked if i was okay.10 of 10 would recommend.

I left a excellent review last year but a bad experience made me to come and change my review base on my experience last few visits, the office staff getting so unprofessional and rude to patients. Today I had Telemedicine appointment and I was in pain and my provider prescribed me medication as well! After I hanged up I remembered I forgot to ask for sick note I called back and the office front desk with really rude language told me that they are not able to give note to telemedicine patients( which is not true I got note before!) I have been their patients for over 10 years! I don’t have problem with the provider and her care but the fact the front desk telling me go see the another provider and get note is unacceptable!

Doctors dont listen and have no regard for patient privacy.I just moved and needed a new GP. The first time I went to see Dr. Gail Francis, they did not tell me I would be getting any blood tests, so I had not fasted, and they performed the tests anyway. We discussed an ongoing, undiagnosed, medical problem and she requested test results from my previous doctor. I was given a blank form that I filled out and faxed to my old doctor.When I came back for my follow up, the receptionist called me loudly by my first name and verified my HOME address, then the nurse who called me back called me by my last name. There were 3 people in the waiting room.The doctor had not read all of my lab results. She did recommend that I stop eating red meat and processed meat, though I had already told her I pretty much only eat lean meats and a lot of vegetables.When I asked about some other irregular lab results, she told me that the result hadnt been irregular, and when I insisted she look, she found the irregular result and just shrugged it off and said it wasnt THAT irregular.When I asked if she had received my records from my previous doctor, she had no idea what I was talking about, so I explained that I had faxed the release of records as requested. She told me thats now how they handle those, and then walked me up to the front to ask the secretary. The secretary confirmed that I had, in fact, been given a blank release, and I repeated that I had filled out and and faxed it in, at which point the doctor asked me if I had a fax machine.If anyone has any recommendations on a doctor in the Alexandria area who listens, I would be happy to find a new GP, as I will not be going back to the Annandale Women and Family Center.

The nurses are very VERY sweet I loved them so much. They are so kind and helpful they didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or unwanted. I appreciate all of them.

After looking for an OB-Gyn for a few weeks, I settled on this place after seeing the positive reviews. When I called to schedule, they notified me that I was required to do a physical with a regular physician before I could be seen by the OB. Even though I’m incredibly busy and they refused to do both appointments on the same day, I agreed.I went to the physical and spoke with 1) the receptionist, 2) the nurse who took my stats & 3) the physician and mentioned to ALL OF THEM that I would be back the following day for an OBGYN appointment. I got a text message 24HRS before my appointment CONFIRMING MY OBGYN APPOINTMENT.So imagine my surprise, when I get there for my OB appt, check in with reception and then sit in the waiting room for 45 mins, just to be brought back and told THEY STOPPED OFFERING OBGYN APPOINTMENTS 2 WEEKS AGO. At no point, did they think to notify me that my appointment was canceled because they simply don’t offer that service at this time.This was an incredibly frustrating waste of my time. I am appalled at how many employees of the clinic spoke with me about my appointment and never thought to mention that they don’t even offer the service I was scheduled for. Completely outrageous.

I would not recommend this healthcare facility. The medical care I received here was fine, but not exceptional. My problem was with billing. The medical office did not submit the appropriate code for visit to my insurance company and the claim was denied. The office refused to correct the billing and then sent my debt to collections and to the credit bureaus and didnt even contact me to sort this out! One visit has been haunting me for years. It was a huge mistake. Beware.

For the most part everyone was nice (until I got in the procedure room) I wish I knew the name of the lady who counseled me, she was very nice. I was given Tylenol, an antibiotic, and Valium. I was under the impression my surgical abortion would be easy and not as painful as it was. When it was time for me to get my abortion I was still feeling anxious. I laid on the table and started to cry a little. Dr. Swallow performed my abortion and there were two other ladies in there. I’m not sure what one of them was doing but the other was trying to take an ultrasound during my abortion. I felt everything. The shot in my cervix, my cervix being dilated, and the vacuum being inserted and moved around. It was the most painful experience of my life. I think it lasted 10 minutes, but it felt like an hour honestly. I was crying and literally begging them to stop. I was moving (not because I wanted to but because I was in SO MUCH pain) I was told to stop moving. I tried. After it was finally over I had mild cramps for about an hour. The lady who was doing the ultrasound said “I’ve never seen anything like this before” I’m guessing she meant me screaming in pain. My bad. Idk what I was supposed to do. Someone asked her if she got a picture and she said “of course I didn’t get a picture” like okay. Again my bad for being in pain. Take one after, I was so early anyway I doubt they would be able to get a picture from a regular ultrasound. It was just the “of course I didn’t get a picture” that really made me feel like a horrible person for being in pain. I wish someone had told me it would feel like that. I was never recommended to do the IV surgical abortion until AFTER I had my abortion awake. “You should have done the IV” okay thanks for telling me AFTER it was already done. My advice, be put to sleep if you’re doing the surgical abortion. And speak up when people are being rude to you going through a very traumatic painful experience. I wish I spoke my mind anout how the one lady made me feel but I was so shaken afterwards. It was traumatizing. My cousin had told me she got the pill but it made her fall asleep, so I was hoping that’s what was going to happen to me. But I was wide awake and felt and heard everything. I won’t forget it or how I was made to feel during and after. The third lady in the room I’m not sure what she was doing but she did hold my hand and I’m thankful for her and the sweet counselor. But not the other lady. Dr. Swallow was also nice, but I don’t think any of them understood why it hurt so much. I mean I don’t. I asked if it was normal. I don’t remember what I was told. I’ll remember that pain for the rest of my life no matter how short the actual procedure was. Get the IV.

Waiting room has a loud tv that is very obnoxious and uncomfortable chairs. Both RNs I have worked with have been very good, but the rest of the office could use a remodel. Could hear receptionists talking about other patients and records in the back office.

This is this place to be if you’re in need of a pregnancy termination. My experience here was one of a kind. Nurses and doctors are very polite!

I had the surgical procedure and a week later experienced complication. I was having severe abdominal cramps with little to no bleeding. I call the clinic and was informed to take Tylenol up to 1000mg and ibuprofen up to 1600mg. I did this for 2 day with no relief and decided i needed to be seen by a medical provider. I went Sibley Memorial hospital and was informed that there may have been some particles left behind (the blood vessels in my uterus had been damaged) I went back in the next day to be seen by Dr. Swallow and she insisted that their were no particle left in the uterus and it was completely empty, with no regard to the information provided by the providers at Sibley Memorial Hospital who even took the time and effort to send a disk of what was found inside the uterus. Sibley provided me with pain meds to help with the pain and told me to go back to Dr. Swallow stating that because she had preformed the surgery she would know what to look for. After being seen by Dr. Swallow she told me to continue with the pain meds and it should bypass in a couple days , which i did. Two days later, i had run out of pain meds and was experiencing the pain again but did not want to go to the hospital again. I called the clinic and informed the receptionist who i was, gave her the run down on what had happened and asked if she could reach Dr. Swallow to relay my message. Dr. Swallow had her return my call stating that there was nothing else that could be done for me and i should return to the ER AGAIN. I did and was once again prescribed pain meds and antibiotics to fix what this clinic had broken. DO NOT.. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING PERTAINING TO YOUR UTERUS... ESPECIALLY TO TERMINATE A PREGNANCY.. I was already struggling with having to go through with and this just made my experience even worse sending me into a depression..

After going through a tough decision, the kindness received from even the first phone contact put my mind at ease. The receptionist was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Ridiculous, does not care about wellbeing of patients. My blood pressure was so high, I was so sick and they still made me wait over 3 hours to even be seen.

I primarily see a nurse practitioner whom I find to be great, knowledgeable and extremely accessible. Its just a win, win for me. If you want extremely fancy, etc. this is probably not the place for you but it does suit my needs.

I went with IV sedation I did feel a little pressure but nothing crazy the staff is so wonderful all women, the sweetest of women for something so terrible it could’ve been worst they are so nice and make you feel so safe and secure

I called to schedule an appointment and the lady told me it will be SATURDAY AT 12:30.I get to this office at 12, doors are locked and people come and are confused as to why the doors are locked. Website says they open at 12-3 on Saturdays but yet theyre closed? I called and the emergency line answered and told me that the office was closed. I drove two hours to get here just to found out theyre closed? Worst first experience ever. The office doesnt even look nice at all, its all small and cramped In there. And the prices are extremely high. I dont recommend coming here.
