I had a great experience at this clinic! Dr. Curtis and Melodie Venturi were really helpful in assisting me with my medical issue. I was in a lot of pain and they were able to alleviate the issue quickly! The clinic is clean, they see you fast, and the practitioners are caring and really spend time and care with their patients. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Easy to make same day appointment. New-ish, so uncrowded. Melanie Venturi PA was charming, unhurried, thorough and informative. Could not have been a better medical experience!

Came during publicly posted business hours and the door was locked. Called the office and was told they’re closed for the month of June. Their temporary closure was not posted on Google. I’d recommend this be publicly posted.

Had a great experience at this urgent care. I was able to make an appointment same day, and there was no wait to get a room. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. They did all the tests I requested (COVID, strep, flu) and when those came back negative, the doctor sent me on my way with some Tylenol samples. Would definitely come back here in the future

They lost some paperwork and they don’t even said sorry, I have to recollect what it was missing due to their mistake

My experience at the Medical Center of Marin was positive from start to finish. They fit me into their busy schedule even though I was visiting the area and didnt have an appointment.The staff was kind and efficient and Dr. Curtis was friendly, knowledgable and professional. He solicited all the necessary information to address my issue and then provided a clear, understandable treatment path for me to follow. He also called me personally on the same day as my visit with important test results and answered all my additional questions.Even though this is a busy practice, I never felt rushed or dismissed. Quite the contrary. They make a real effort to put the patients well-being front and center. They exceeded all my expectations and Im so glad they were there when I needed them.

I had a difficult experience at this center. I chose this clinic over another one closer to my house for a medical examination for immigration purposes, because I was told that the results will be ready within a week. After I had my exam and paid $$ out of pocket, I was told the timeline was now anywhere between 1-2 weeks. Although disappointed, I had a a good experience with the clinician so I was OK with this change. Later that week I was told that the doctor forgot to sign my forms, and that he can do so in another week, which now would put the whole process to 3 weeks. Lastly, when I came to pickup my exam results after making an appointment for 9am in the morning, I was locked out. The staff didn’t show up until later. I would prefer to have upfront communication that set correct expectations rather than being misguided throughout the process. The worst part is that all the delays in the process cost me time and money I spent to accommodate for their schedule. I recommend the doctor to built better alignment with their staff and for the whole center to take responsibility for their actions. Set real expectations and don’t misguide people, they’re trusting you with their health and wellbeing. I don’t recommend this place.

Great new place. Friendly and fast. Im not a decor guy but even I noticed this place is really nice / looks great but I digress. The doctor stitched up my deep finger gash from my metal fence with no problem. Explained everything, possible complications - it was deep - and then took care of it. Got my tetanus booster and I was done. Glad didnt listen to wife who wanted me to go to ER cause Id still be there waiting.

HiI typically go to Cosentra but the wait is roughly 3 hours. They dont take appointments either. The Medical Canter of Albany made an appointment for me the day before and I was in and out in 1 hour. I own a company so paying guys to go to some place else for hours versus 1 hour for a DOT Medical Exam for a commercial drivers license is a no brainer!Thank you!

The staff were very friendly, professional, and made the experience comfortable, and easy to get assistance. Very happy to know we have a great Urgent Care facility very near by !

I work for FEMA Region 9 but I am from Arkansas. I am new to California and new to this clinicS Dr Curtis was so kind and truly made me feel welcomed. His staff are all so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location. Dr C is the best!

Very efficient and compassionate. Lovely new clinic. If you require the accessible entrance/wheelchair lift in the rest of the building, make sure to call the front desk!

I’m very grateful to be able to get a rapid Covid PCR result in 30 minutes! Parking on street was free , and easy to find. However, I don’t like the policy of compelling a provider visit for even minimal respiratory symptoms just to get a Covid test. I think many patients can assess whether or not they’re sick enough to include a Dr visit or just a test.

Excellent service, beautiful clinic atmosphere, wonderful staff, Melodie, Lori and Tenzin were professional and warm hearted. When I need great service I will definitely come back again.

Glad to see they are now in the East Bay. Able to make appointments for driver DOT and especially drug screens cause I hate my drivers going in and waiting, waiting, waiting - time is $$$. Also, one driver said his back is almost back to normal thanks to their PT and Chiro.

The facilities are brand new, the staff and providers are friendly, kind, professional, and knowledgeable and there was no wait. I highly recommend this clinic!

Excellent job !! Very clean and everything very fast.I was here for my residency exams and it was super fast, my appointment was at 10 am but I arrived at 9 and they helped me immediately, super friendly and explained everything to me. The only recommendation would be to look for a different laboratory because the one they work with looks very unprofessional and dirty. But ps it is another business and it is understood that they cannot control that
