I should look at these comments before I go here. I got really bad experience today, If I could give them 0 star I will. My appointment was at 11am, I sign in at 10:35am. I havent been called until 11:45am, then I talked to front desk, she told me one Doctor called off, my Doctor need to take care of his patients too. But they didnt tell me about it when I signed in and no one talked to me during the time. I spent more than 1 hours over there without any apologize. The girls name is *Dominique* in front of desk, she was so rude and helpless. Finally I canceled my appointment. I was so disappointed about their service. I wouldnt be back ever never. They dont care their patients. Avoid this location!!! Hi

I was very displeased with my experience. I went to my family doctor for a regular pap and it came back irregular so I was referred here. When I went in they did another pap and said they would have my results in 2 weeks. Didn’t hear from them after two weeks so I called and they said a lab tech quit so they were short staffed. Then two weeks later I STILL hadn’t heard from them, so I called and they said they had my results but nobody ever called me. They said the doctor forgot to send in the swab from my pap and that I had to get ANOTHER ONE. Unbelievable. Very unprofessional and very uncomfortable experience. I’m pursuing another OBGYN for any future needs. Would not recommend this place.

Place is a huge joke. When you got government insurance dont bother coming here. When I got pregnant and lost my job that provided my insuance and had to get government help they let me know just how awful they treat you. I went through 3 Doctors being passed around. One left the building, the other (Mark David) constantly was sending me to the hospital having me scared about my unborn childs health when EVERYTHING was okay. He didnt even know when my due date was or how far along I was! He kept saying I was the same week every time I went there! Then, my next doctor who I almost liked (David Biats) decided to not give me my postpartum vaginal exam eveb after I explained pains, even though he should have. I walked out without scheduling another appointment with these jokers and reported them to cleveland clinic for malpractice. Have fun!

Gosh where do I start firstSo I’m new to the area I called to make appointment since it my 3year are up for my birth control made the apt for 930 so I get to the office mind u came in 15min early like I always do I say I’m the office for over 35 minute only to get up ask why is it taking so long the receptionist looked and said your apt was for 945 so ok I let it go get to the back they had tray set up like they are going do pap doctor came in like I’m sorry thought your weee getting pap not taking out your birth control ! Like really after I waited forever to be seen u mena to tell me the lady who scheduled me did it for pap not removal of the birth control so he said to busy to do it got come back ! So made another apt for following week for 9am because i have Dentist apt that same day at 1110am so i get to the office and what u know I’m sitting and waiting again forever went to the lady she said your apt is at 920 like why do y’all tell me apt is different time this is 2nd time in row now she responded like my bad they been doing that just having y’all come early so u won’t miss the apt I literallt waited u til 955am to go to the back by that time I’m mad bc got leave out by 1030 to make it to my other apt finally doctor comes in I tell him for leave within 20min so if u think u can get It done then Let’s go he assured me yes I can do it that quick ! He did remove it now my arm is so swole and bruised up I had this implant in my arm for over 6yrs now this is my 3rd time getting it changed my doctor (Dr.Canby) from youngstown is the best not Once did I bruise or swell !! This place is very inconsiderate and unprofessional they need to hire new person to do the phones had I known I was going wait For ever I would of changed the time I will never be back to this place

Never will I step foot in this location again not only do they ask you come 30 minutes early only to have you in the waiting room over an hour past your appointment. Dr Lewis is very slow her front desk is clueless and the nurses act like that is the last place they want to be. Beyond horrible its was better when dr drake was there

I spent the last 6 years with 3 different doctors from this office. Each was worse than the last.... countless careless treatments, hours of waiting to see a doctor for 5 minutes, doctors are rude, careless and they dont listen. I should have gone somewhere else years ago. You cannot fathom what my body has been through because of these people.

Went here for both my pregnancy’s drs are amazing nurses are so nice i loved them all! Only complaint is having to wait sometimes but that’s not a big deal! Over all love it recommend 10/10

I don’t know who the people were having bad experiences with, but never have I had a problem here. Nor have I ever been made to see different Doctors. I went through 2 different offices til finally coming here and getting the problem solved the first time, finally! Thankyou!

Terrible experience! Rude staff that lied to us about receiving medical records from previous doctor so they wouldn’t have to see us. Do NOT go here!!!

I will miss Dr. Kirven. She is something wonderful.

Worst care...Doctors are rude and careless.
