Dr shrestha was one of the worst doctors I’ve ever had to see. she had no bedside manner and was not willing to hear me out about why i wanted to switch birth controls. I believe that im developing a skin condition due to my PCOS and, after examining me, told me that I should get weight loss surgery bc i’ll “probably get diabetes too.” due to me being a fat woman. (despite the fact that Ive never had any glucose/blood sugar issues.). she did not formally introduce herself and tried to wrongfully diagnose me with high blood pressure despite the fact that i do not have hypertension. she was speaking as if we met before and like i’ve been a patient for several years but i was not. it was a horrible, demoralizing experience and i would not recommend her at all.the medical assistants are always sweethearts though.

I’m beyond frustrated with the lack of humility this office reflects. My family member called thinking she might have had a miscarriage that night, the front desk lady shared no empathy with her and told her she needed to wait until her apt in 10 days... as she paused with disbelief with that answer, the receptionist asked if she wanted to talk with a nurse. The nurse got on (Jody or something) and she went to autopilot saying the same thing. The nurse sounded annoyed as to why she was even calling. Such a horrible first miscarriage experience and no one should have to feel as though they are a burden through such an awful time. I do not recommend this place.

When I got to the office, the waiting room was empty. The receptionist took me back instantly where I filled out only two pieces of paper! She then sent me back to the waiting room and a nurse came to get me within just a minute or so. The nurse got my history quickly (mostly because it was all within MyChart). Dr Shrestha then came in a couple minutes later to talk with me while I was still dressed. This was so nice! She then left and I was able to get into a cotton gown that made me feel covered instead of one of those large paper towels some other offices use. Everyone was friendly and professional. I felt at ease instantly, and my time and dignity were valued. Ive already recommended this practice to others. Thanks for such a great experience!

Scheduled a follow up appointment before I left. The receptionist wrote down the date and time for me. I changed my mind to another date that was offered during scheduling after id already left the appt so I called back. Turns out I was never scheduled for the agreed upon day. No call, no follow up, just wrong. Also my doctor wasn’t Interested in given comprehensive or individualized care. First and last time at this office.

We (my fiance and I) were charged for a visit and then not even given the doctor requested. The office also contacted people that were not even on our contact list to discuss our appointment. Then once the appointment was completed and we were billed we were told that we would have to come in again due to the doctor failing to complete a test. And to top it off we would have to pay for the appointment again. I would not recommend this place to anyone.... ever.

Rude scheduling staff! I was hung up on after requesting a certain provider, that I felt comfortable with. I will never trust that location for any of my prenatal needs/appointments in the future. I wouldn’t recommend this location for a pet animal let alone a pregnant women full of sensitivity.

Office cancelled appt that was cleared with provider the previous day. No call, no text or email. Only way I knew was double checking the time before I left for my appt. This has happened twice.

I visited this office yesterday for the first time. The staff was super friendly and quick to get me in. Dr. Shrestha was very knowledgeable and informative in giving me feedback with my family history . Thank you for good quality care. !!!

Dr. Kaufman is the best. This office does a great job and I never have to wait.

Dr. Laura H. Schafer Is great, she knows what she doing, and my wife so happy with her treatment.
